Information collected

The booking page embeds Calendly's scheduling widget, which is loaded from Calendly and applies its own cookie and privacy controls. Anything you enter to book a call is handled by Calendly under the Calendly privacy notice. The booking details are then kept in HubSpot, the customer-relationship system imivs consulting uses to prepare for and follow up on calls. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, health information, or other sensitive information when you book.

When a booking is completed, the site records only that a booking happened, which booking button and page started it, and the campaign labels described below. No name, email address, or answer from the booking form is sent to Google Analytics. The site also records, without personal details, when a visitor picks a time in the booking calendar.

Google Analytics measures public-page views and non-personal interaction events, such as clicks on booking buttons and completed bookings. It starts only after you interact with a page or stay on it for a few seconds, and Google signals are turned off. Once it starts, Google Analytics sets its own first-party cookies on this site, _ga and _ga_0XJEN3ZBJW, which last about two years and let it recognize a returning browser. Its automatic measurement may also record clicks on links to other sites and when you scroll to the bottom of a page.

After you interact with a page or stay on it for a few seconds, the site also loads a script from Apollo.io, a sales intelligence service, so imivs consulting can see which companies visit. It is used at company level only; imivs consulting doesn't use it to identify individual people. Apollo receives your IP address, the address of the page you're on, the site you came from and any campaign tags, basic browser information, and a random visitor ID. Its script keeps that ID in your browser's local storage until you clear this site's data, so Apollo can recognize later visits from the same browser, along with a short queue of page visits waiting to be sent. It isn't loaded for automated browsers, and it never starts or sends anything while you're on the booking page, this privacy notice, or a page that isn't meant to appear in search results. Once it is running, though, it also records the pages on this site you click through to during that visit, including those. Apollo handles this information under the Apollo.io privacy policy.

When a booking button is clicked, the site also stores a short first-party record in Lovable Cloud, the site's database (which runs on Supabase): the page path, a label for the button's location, the address of the page you came from if your browser shares it, and the time. The site doesn't put names, email addresses, company names, free text, or browser user-agent strings in these records.

Lovable Cloud also keeps records made by earlier versions of the site. Some older booking-click records also include the browser's user-agent string. Older interaction records, which the site no longer adds to, hold the page path, labels for what was clicked, viewed or submitted (for example a chosen service or a requested call time), the address of the page you came from and, in the earliest ones, the browser's user-agent string.

When the link you arrive from carries campaign tags (UTM parameters), they are kept in session storage for the current browser session and passed to Calendly with a booking, so the booking shows which campaign it came from. The site also remembers which booking button you used, and on which page, in local storage, so a booking finished in another tab is credited to the right button. That note is only used for two hours. Once it is older than that, the site deletes it the next time you open one of its pages, and clearing this site's data removes it too. After a booking, the site keeps Calendly's reference for it (the last 20 at most) in session storage for that tab, so the same booking isn't counted twice; that reference is never sent to Google Analytics. None of these is used to identify you.

The site sets one cookie of its own, imivs_ga_opt_out, which lasts about a year. It is set only in a browser that opens the site's sign-in or admin pages or a private owner link, so the owner's own visits aren't measured: while it is there, Google Analytics and Apollo.io don't run in that browser, and no booking-click records are stored in Lovable Cloud from it.

Inquiries submitted through the contact form the site used before September 2026 are stored in Lovable Cloud and are available only through the protected admin workflow.

How information is used

  • Prepare for and follow up on the call you booked, and recommend an appropriate next step.
  • Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the booking flow.
  • Understand which pages, campaigns, and services lead to booked calls.
  • See which companies visit the site, at company level only.
  • Respond to privacy requests.
  • Maintain business records when reasonably necessary.

Service providers

The site uses Calendly to schedule calls; HubSpot as the customer-relationship system for bookings, inquiries, follow-up, and privacy requests; Lovable Cloud (which runs on Supabase) to store limited first-party records and earlier inquiries; Google Analytics to measure public-site usage; Apollo.io to see which companies visit the site, at company level only; and hosting and infrastructure providers to deliver and protect the website. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services under their own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and security

Booking, inquiry, and privacy-request records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, operate the business, maintain necessary records, and address security or legal obligations. Reasonable technical and access controls are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have shared with imivs consulting. Use the privacy request form below. It is hosted by HubSpot, applies HubSpot's own privacy controls, and sends your request straight to the same private CRM, so no personal email address needs to be published.

You can also limit analytics through browser privacy controls or an analytics-blocking extension, and blocking third-party scripts or trackers also stops the Apollo.io script. Clearing this site's cookies and storage in your browser removes the cookies and stored values that this site, Google Analytics and Apollo.io keep under this site's address (Calendly's cookies are managed by Calendly). Blocking or clearing them does not prevent you from booking a call.
